At Bed365, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and professional delivery experience across mainland UK.

Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most areas within mainland UK.

Unfortunately, some remote areas, offshore locations, and selected postcodes may incur additional delivery charges or may not be eligible for delivery.

If you are unsure, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product selected.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Beds & Mattresses: 3–10 working days

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: 7–21 working days

Delivery estimates are approximate and may occasionally vary due to demand, courier delays, weather conditions, or manufacturing schedules.


Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please ensure:

  • Your contact details are correct

  • Someone is available to accept the delivery

Missed deliveries may result in additional charges.


Room of Choice Delivery

Our standard delivery service includes delivery to your room of choice where access is safe and suitable.

Please note:

  • Delivery teams can carry items up to 2 flights of stairs

  • Lift access may be used where available

  • Deliveries may be refused if access is unsafe


Access Restrictions

Please inform us before delivery if your property has:

  • Narrow hallways or staircases

  • Apartment or building access restrictions

  • Limited parking

  • Tight corners or difficult access points

Customers are responsible for ensuring products fit through entrances, staircases, and into the chosen room.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or sizing issues:

  • Redelivery charges may apply

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable


Assembly Service

Professional assembly is available on selected products.

Where assembly is purchased:

  • Our team will unpack and assemble the bed in your chosen room

Please note:

  • Packaging removal is not included

  • We strongly recommend keeping all packaging in case of future returns


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery postcode

  • Product size

  • Delivery service selected

Any applicable surcharges for remote areas will be communicated before dispatch.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you notice:

  • Damage

  • Missing parts

  • Incorrect items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund.


Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Nobody is available

  • Access is restricted

  • The item does not fit

Additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.
