All warranty and guarantee periods begin from the date of delivery.

At Bed365, we are committed to providing high-quality beds and mattresses built to last. Our 5-Year Warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship across our beds and mattresses range, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

If you believe there may be an issue with your product, our customer support team will assist you with inspection and guidance.

During the warranty period, Bed365 will repair or replace any product found to have a genuine manufacturing defect, free of charge.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Faulty workmanship
Structural defects in beds and mattresses
Defective materials under normal domestic use

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply if:

The product has been stained, marked, or soiled
Damage has occurred after delivery through misuse or accidents
The bed or mattress has been jumped on, abused, or improperly used
The product has been used for commercial purposes
The mattress has been bent or folded causing spring damage
The product has been used with an unsuitable or non-supportive base
Clearance, ex-display, or heavily discounted items are marked as exempt from warranty

Additional Information

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable
Proof of purchase may be required when making a claim
The warranty applies only within mainland UK delivery areas
All reasonable efforts will be made to match fabrics and colours during repairs or replacements; however, exact matches cannot always be guaranteed
If repair or replacement is not possible, Bed365 may offer a suitable alternative product
If you choose a higher-value replacement product, you will be required to pay the difference
