At Bed365, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

60-Night Risk-Free Trial
We offer a 60-night trial on eligible beds and mattresses.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact our support team before the 60-day period ends.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made, made-to-measure, or bespoke items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes:

Custom bed sizes
-
Bespoke headboards
-
Special fabric requests
-
Non-standard made-to-order items
The 60-night trial does not apply to custom-made products.
Return Charges & Important Information
A £75 collection fee applies to all approved returns under the 60-night trial.
Example:

Product price: £500
-
Collection fee: £75
-
Refund amount: £425
Please note:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Returned items must be in reasonable condition
If returned items are damaged, stained, torn, heavily used, or structurally damaged, Bed365 reserves the right to deduct up to 75% of the refund value to cover damages or refuse the return entirely.
Customers may also arrange their own return delivery.

Delivery & Redelivery
Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery on the agreed delivery date.
If delivery is missed, additional redelivery charges may apply.
Damaged Items on Delivery
We carefully inspect all products before dispatch.
Upon delivery:

Any visible damage should be reported immediately
If damage is discovered after unpacking, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports made after 48 hours may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date before 1:00 PM.
Example:

Thursday delivery → cancel by Tuesday before 1:00 PM

Monday delivery → cancel by Thursday before 1:00 PM
If cancellation occurs after the cut-off:

A £75 cancellation fee applies

Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind:

If exchanging for another size, colour, or product:

If the Item Does Not Fit
Customers are responsible for ensuring products fit through:

If delivery cannot be completed because the item does not fit:

Access Restrictions

Our delivery team can carry items up to 2 flights of stairs.
Lift access may be used where suitable.
Professional Assembly Service
If professional assembly has been selected:

Deliver your order to the room of choice

Assemble the bed where applicable
Please note:

Packaging is not removed

We strongly recommend keeping all packaging for future returns
Returning Assembled Products
Before collection:

Beds must be fully dismantled
-
Items must be securely repackaged
If products are not dismantled or packaged correctly:

Additional charges may apply

Collection may be refused
Clear photos of the packaged items may be required before collection is arranged.
Replacement packaging can be requested at an additional cost.
Collections & Redeliveries
Collection or redelivery cancellations must be made:

At least 2 working days before the scheduled date

Before 1:00 PM
Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account after processing.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Bed365 will always honour your legal consumer rights.
